The condition of the complex

All facilities are constructed according to international ecological standards – Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), evaluating the impact of construction on the environment. This system was founded in 1969 in the USA and is used in more than 100 countries. In Thailand the EIA standards are being used for over 20 years, and for major construction projects an evaluation of impact upon environment is obligatory.

The project is now 90% complete (still left to do: door assembling, air conditioning, finishing primer). A low-current network is fully installed.
